Urban Regeneration of a neighborhood from the 1960s. An additional top floor is added to increase the density of the area. Old facades are replaced in order to provide a more transparent skin to the buildings as well as a new image for the neighborhood. Multifunctional buildings with cultural and leisure services are designed to improve the inhabitants’ everyday life.
