Replacement of an existing market and regeneration of a square in central Madrid. The volume, conceived throughout a process of morphological and programmatic investigation, piles up a number of uses that will financially support the market, such as sport facilities, library, kindergarten and supermarket. Some of the volumes expand throughout the square to generate covered public spaces, producing a new hub of activities in a currently deprived area of the capital.
