Competition for the regeneration of a city block with a mixed residential and working use. Appartments and offices are combined in two volumes that create an open space in between, where street and courtyard properties are intertwined. This semi-public space links the two buildings with the city while keeping a domestic atmosphere. The façade layout reflects the non-hierarchical mixture of the housing typologies and office units.
